As a Loveland,Colorado resident,I was cheering for Tom Brady and New England to some how come back and make the game closer. It was sad to see such a great dynasty as New England fall apart in the fashion that they did. I was of course wanting the Broncos to win . But with a performance that New England normally has! Not by fumbles or give me points. Ron Knight
I'm with krager. The Broncos didn't win the game - the Pats flat out LOST it. Fumbles and turnovers seems to be the theme of the NFL recently, look at how Bettis almost lost the game for the Steelers. Instead, Gheyton lost it for the Colts and blamed his O-line. Classy.
The thing about this game is that you can't even have a conversation about it. Everyone knows the turnovers cost them the game. Everyone knows that the officiating was awful. Everyone knows that the Broncos took advantage of the Pats' mistakes. And even with all of that, the Pats STILL had a chance to make a few key plays and come back, and they didn't. You can't point the finger at one player or one play or one bad call and say that's what or who lost the game for them.
There was Ben Watson to cheer about though!
And I'll hand it to rwknight - his prediction of 31-13 was much closer than I would have thought.

I've talked and talked about that game until I was blue in the face.
Such a dissapointing way to end the season.
Denver, here's the AFC Championship game on a silver platter. Denver didn't win as much as the Pats lost.

Oops! Sorry. I just looked back at the old posts... That might not have been rwknight's prediction. It was done anonymously.
